Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in the construction industry working with architects, self-build developers & contractors.
• Background in joinery, doors, windows, timber, fenestration is helpful (not essential).
• IT literate and proficient with basic CRM tools.
• Genuine 'get up and go' work ethic, results oriented, hungry and enthusiastic.
• Driving license and passport are required.

Responsibilities

• Sell timber windows & doors by generating specifications and selling to architects, self-build developers & contractors.
• Deal with order values ranging from £5k to £125k.
• Target turnover of £1m.
• Cover area from Andover to London (40 mile radius of Basingstoke).

The role of the Business Development Manager - Timber Windows & Doors will involve:

• Business Development Manager position selling a high quality range timber windows & doors
• All of your time will be spent generating specifications and selling to architects, self-build developers & contractors
• Dealing with a wide range of order values ranging from around £5k - £125k
• Targeted to turnover £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager - Timber Windows & Doors with:

• Must have field sales experience in the construction industry selling to architects, self-build developers & contractors
• Open on products sold however ideally from a joinery, doors, windows, timber, fenestration etc background (not essential)
• IT Literate
• Genuine 'get up and go' work ethic
• Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
• Driving license and passport
