Job summary

Scarlet Selection is recruiting a Sales Executive for warehouse racking and shelving solutions. The role covers Kent, Sussex and Surrey with occasional visits to London HQ. You will respond to enquiries, conduct site surveys and deliver tailored proposals to clients, aiming to exceed KPIs and cross-sell with the team.

The package includes a £40k basic salary (negotiable) plus commission and a car allowance, with remote/home-based work and weekly office visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse storage solutions or materials handling sector.
• Ability to conduct full site surveys and prepare tailored proposals.
• Strong team player with KPI-focused mindset and cross-selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming enquiries and manage new and existing customers.
• Conduct full site surveys for warehouse storage solutions and prepare tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with other sales reps to cross-sell and meet KPIs.
• Travel within Kent, Sussex and Surrey and visit the London head office once a week.
