Area Sales Manager - Covering the Wales Area

Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic DOE, with a realistic OTE of £80,000+ (uncapped commission) + company car

Job Type: Full-time, home-based, regional role covering the following postcode areas:

  • CF - Cardiff
  • SA - Swansea
  • NP - Newport

Carfinance 247 is the leading online Car Finance broker in the UK, specializing in providing customers with car finance through our Manchester headquarters, home-based operations, and our expanding motor dealer channel.

This role is part of a new and rapidly growing business area. We are developing a team of Field Sales Professionals to proactively grow our motor dealer channel.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a regional area in the UK.
  • Proactively acquire new motor dealer partners for CF247.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing motor dealers to promote CF247's services.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Use and update CRM systems to manage activity and pipeline.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure service quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Attend head office meetings once per quarter.
Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience selling into the Motor Trade.
  • Experience in account management and business development in motor finance is desirable.
  • Proactive with high activity levels to meet targets.
  • Track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in winning and maintaining new business.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
