Selectus Total in the United Kingdom is seeking an Area Manager to drive new business development and strengthen existing retail partnerships. The role is home based with travel across the Southern M1 Corridor, from Birmingham to Watford, and includes a performance-driven uncapped commission and a company car.

Level/Salary Range: £26k to 30k + Uncapped Commission OTE £40k and fully expensed Company Car.
Due to continued success in their development of the UK Retail sector, My client is looking to recruit an additional sales person (Area Manager) acquire new accounts and conduct the initial on-boarding to maximize customer retention in the retail/convenience sector, with accounts located in and around The southern M1 Corridor from Birmingham to Watford currently one of their most productive areas. The role is a good mixture of servicing existing customers (60pct) and developing new (40pct). This is a solutions sales role where you will be working over several categories selling into a mix of independent retail convenience stores, decision makers/franchisees at independent symbol groups, such as Nisa, Londis, Spar, Best one and independently managed forecourts and stores within groups, such as MFG and Euro Garages.

Experience: Previous Sales or Account management experience required, in the FMCG Sector
Education: GCSE or Equivalent
Strong leadership, excellent communication and analytical skills.
Self-Management and a get up and go attitude.
Full UK driving license.
