B&Q Limited is seeking a Sales & Service Team Manager Designate to lead and inspire front end, showroom and TradePoint teams across Worcester, Evesham and Malvern. You will drive sales through exceptional service and build a culture that makes every customer count, with rotational training across stores within 50 miles of your home.

The role involves leadership of a diverse team, delivering high standards, and ongoing development to prepare you for placement in your own department.

• Lead a large part of store operations and shape the customer experience.
• Inspire the Make Every Customer Count culture daily.

• Oversee safety, security and compliance routines with the shift leads.
