Job summary

Integra Outsourcing is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the North West & North Wales region. The role focuses on promoting a leading range of roof tiles and roofing materials to national house builders, developers, housing associations, contractors and merchants.

You will inherit an established territory and drive growth through new and existing accounts. The package includes circa £50k base, £12k uncapped commission and a £7k car allowance, with top performers earning £1,500–£2,000 per

A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roofing materials into national house builders, regional developers, housing associations, roofing contractors and merchants.

Package: Circa £50k basic + £12k uncapped commission scheme, paid monthly (top performers earning £1,500-£2,000 per month) + £7k car allowance

Territory: North West & North Wales - Cumbria to Cheshire

The Role - Area Sales Manager:

• Promoting a leading range of roof tiles, pitched roofing fixings and accessories
• Tracking and winning projects with national house builders, regional developers, housing associations and roofing contractors
• Developing relationships with the areas key merchants, that your projects will be back-sold through
• Inheriting an established territory with a strong portfolio of existing accounts to develop and grow
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities across the region

The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:

• You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to sales
• You will already be working within the construction industry and looking to progress your sales career
• Experience selling into house builders and developers would be advantageous, although my client is open to other construction backgrounds with transferable skills
• You will be equally comfortable developing existing relationships and identifying and winning new business
• You will possess first-class presentation and communication skills and be looking for a career, not just a job
