Job summary

Stirling Warrington is recruiting an Area Sales Manager for Roofing and Building Materials. The role covers a Southeast patch, including London and surrounding areas, with uncapped commission and a strong growth focus.

You will sell through merchants and house builders, drive new stock sales, and contribute to a market-leading, £300m turnover business with a growing factory and premium service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to merchants and house builders.
• Proven success in the construction sector.
• Ability to build from the ground up and drive regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Sell to merchants and house builders across defined patch.
• Back-sell through merchants and proactively grow stock with builders.
• Develop and own the sales strategy for the Southeast UK region.

£40,000 - £50,000 plus bonus (c.£10-20k) plus £7,000 car allowance
