Job summary

Integra Outsourcing is seeking an Area Sales Manager for a field-based role covering the North West & North Wales region. You will promote roof tiles, pitched roofing fixings and accessories to national house builders, regional developers, housing associations and merchants.

The package includes circa £50k basic, £12k uncapped monthly commission, and a £7k car allowance. You will inherit an established territory with a mix of existing accounts and growth potential.

Qualifications

• You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to sales.
• Experience selling into builders, developers or construction contractors is advantageous.
• Ability to develop existing relationships and win new business.

A field-based territory sales role promoting a leading range of roof tiles and pitched roofing materials into national house builders, regional developers, housing associations, roofing contractors and merchants.

Package: Circa £50k basic + £12k uncapped commission scheme, paid monthly (top performers earning £1,500-£2,000 per month) + £7k car allowance

Territory: North West & North Wales - Cumbria to Cheshire

The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:

• You will be a field sales professional with a consultative and structured approach to sales
• You will already be working within the construction industry and looking to progress your sales career
• Experience selling into house builders and developers would be advantageous, although my client is open to other construction backgrounds with transferable skills
• You will be equally comfortable developing existing relationships and identifying and winning new business
• You will possess first-class presentation and communication skills and be looking for a career, not just a job
