The Area Sales Manager acts as the coach and partner for the sales team at the distribution partner and is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of every FENDT customer and to handle all reporting and administrative activities associated with this.

Your Impact

Coach and partner for the sales team at the distribution partner

Ensuring the satisfaction of every FENDT customer

Coach dealer sales and admin staff in the use and implementation of Future Sales Force, DCX and associated AGCO sales tools/processes to drive sales process improvements for effective reporting and analysis.

Responsible for target-oriented sales funnel management on dealer level.

Develop, record and implement action plans with dealer salesmen and sales managers to improve performance.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent – Associates/Technical

Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve shared goals.

Possesses the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with dealer partners on a daily basis.

26 days annual leave + additional privileged leave and ability to buy up to 5 days annual leave.
