Job summary

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the Berkshire and West London region. You will focus on 80% business development, selling forklift trucks, hire, training, service contracts and related equipment into warehouses and manufacturers.

You will need external sales experience, loyalty and stability, and a proactive, hungry attitude. A car is provided along with uncapped commission and essential tech gear to support your success.

• Ideally from a Materials Handling or Capital Equipment background but not essential; seek right attributes: work ethic, positive attitude, proactive mindset.

Area Sales Manager

Our Client are a leading provider of Material Handling Equipment, Training & Services who have aggressive growth plans in the UK and are now looking to add further External Salespeople to their Commercial function.

Area Sales Manager based in the Berkshire/West London area.

The Role

80% Business Development across any businesses within the Berkshire/West London region who move Materials around a Warehouse or Manufacturing facility.

Selling Forklift Trucks, Forklift Truck Hire, Training, Service Contracts, Racking, Cleaning Equipment, Access Equipment into Warehouses and Manufacturers.

No pressure for the first 12 months the company gives you plenty of freedom to bed into the company and are looking for people with loyalty and longevity/stability.

The Candidate

Very strong at Business Development not afraid to knock on doors essential.

Ideally from a Materials Handling or Capital Equipment background but absolutely not essential looking for the right person with the right attributes; Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, sound Student Mentality.

External sales experience essential.

You need to demonstrate loyalty and stability in your career.

You need to be driven, hungry to succeed there is plenty of progression available within the company.
