Job summary

Lantek is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales in the UK region. You will identify opportunities, analyze customer needs, and deliver high-quality, technical software demonstrations of Lantek’s Industry 4.0 ERP, MES, and CAD/CAM Nesting Software.

You will build executive-level relationships with Sheet Metal Fabricators, develop sales plans, and coordinate with implementation teams post-sale. A technical background and 3+ years in enterprise software sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field is beneficial.
• 3+ years of experience selling Project-Level Enterprise Software.
• Advanced knowledge of Business and Manufacturing best practices.
• Experience in enterprise software configuration, rollout, and support.
• Experience in the design and presentation of specific solutions to customer requirements.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding quota in enterprise software sales or similar technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Directly reporting to the Commercial Director in the Branch Office in UK, theArea Sales Manager is responsible for meeting sales targets within the designated sales area or territory. Our Area Sales Managers must identify opportunities, conduct needs analysis, and present high-quality, technical and professional software demonstrations. This role shall use value-based methods and specialized software knowledge to design, demonstrate, plan, and coordinate equipment integration, software, and processes with Lantek’s Industry 4.0 ERP, MES, and CAD/CAM Nesting Software.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The main duties are:

• Develop competitive sales plans and strategies in the designated area.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with Sheet Metal Fabricators.
• Create opportunities and follow-up on leads in the region. Convert prospects into a win.
• Present solution-focused software.
• Gather requirements for Projects, Proposals, and Statements of Work.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in a technical field -Science, Technology or Engineering- (beneficial but not mandatory).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience selling Project-Level Enterprise Software.
