Job summary

Wr Hvac in the Midlands is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow a trade-focused portfolio across plumbing, heating and renewables with a field-based role covering the Midlands region.

You will develop relationships with plumbers, engineers and contractors, identify new business opportunities, promote product ranges and negotiate commercial terms while working with local branches to drive regional sales targets.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience within plumbing, heating or HVAC.
• Merchant or distributor experience highly advantageous.
• Strong relationships with installers and contractors.
• Good knowledge of plumbing and heating products.
• Renewables / heat pump knowledge advantageous.
• Proven track record of developing existing accounts.
• Confident winning new business.
• Commercially driven and comfortable negotiating.
• Able to manage a large geographical territory independently.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

We're recruiting an Area Sales Manager for an established plumbing and heating merchant with a major branch network across the Midlands.

This is a field-based sales role focused on growing existing accounts, winning new customers and increasing sales across plumbing, heating and renewable products throughout the region.

The Role
