Area Sales Manager

The role:

Covering Bristol, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire, the focus of this exciting new opportunity is to win sales for the hire of mobile cranes, calling on a wide variety of customers, including main building contractors, infrastructure contractors and industrial. There are a handful of accounts to manage, however the initial focus of the role will be to develop new business and open up accounts. As the best-known name in the market and with superb internal support you will have a great head start in winning new customers which you will retain and continue to grow wallet spend.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have B2B field sales experience, sales trained, structured approach
  • Enjoys developing business from new customers
  • Money motivated and willing to go the extra mile to earn the financial rewards
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a team environment
  • Able to sell a value-added product / service, not just on price
  • Decent IT skills & must have a driving licence

Package:

  • Up to 45,000 basic salary DoE
  • £3,000 retention bonus paid biannually
  • £12,500 (uncapped) bonus, paid quarterly
