You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient operation of your branch. Act as the main contact for customers.
• Prioritize your diary to achieve appointments and targets.
• Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with back office and colleagues.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving license
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Organizational and workload prioritization skills
