Job Title: Area Sales Executive

We’re seeking a talented Area Sales Executive to work full-time in our developments in the Reading area.

Role Overview: As an Area Sales Executive, you’ll make a real difference in our customers' lives by introducing them to independent living. You will proactively contact interested customers, advise them on their purchase, and build strong relationships to ensure a positive experience from enquiry to move-in.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work on-site from the Welcome Centre, achieving sales targets and understanding the development site.
  2. Show apartments and provide information on floor plans, designs, and interior options.
  3. Collaborate with onsite Marketing, Customer Relations, Construction teams, and liaise with offsite agents, sales partners, and solicitors to progress sales.

Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

About You:

Ideal candidates will have experience in face-to-face sales, relationship building, and customer needs assessment. Experience in retirement living sales or selling to older adults is advantageous.

You should have a calming, supportive approach to help customers feel at ease during their decision-making process. Experience in plot progression is preferred.

Key attributes include excellent customer relationship skills, determination, independence, proactive sales and marketing approach, and familiarity with IT databases. A valid UK Driver's Licence and willingness to travel are required.
