Job summary

webuyanycar Kendal is seeking an Area Sales Executive to drive car purchases and act as the main point of contact for customers at the branch. You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotating pattern of 5 days on and 2 days off, with weekend work involved.

You will prioritise diaries to achieve appointments and targets, conduct appraisals, negotiate prices and close deals while delivering outstanding customer service and coordinating with the back office.

Qualifications

• Current mandatory full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
• Organise and prioritise own workload.
• Build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

• Conduct car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the back office and colleagues.

Requirements

• Current mandatory full UK manual driving licence
• Experience working in a target‑driven environment
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and work independently (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
