Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead an area of 5+ stores and the General Managers who run them.

You’ll hire, coach and develop an A-team of GMs, own your area’s PnL and drive improvements across hospitality standards, staffing, inventory and customer experience. You’ll report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with the Field Leadership team to scale future leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail or fast-growing consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3–10) and developing managers who run them.
• Strong operational and financial judgment using P&L and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Be Our Ultimate Hospitality Leader: coach GMs, maintain high hospitality standards, and close gaps quickly.
• Run a Tight PnL: plan demand, labor, and inventory across your area and optimize performance.
• Build and Develop an A Team: grow GMs, manage talent pipelines, and foster collaboration.
• Operate Strategically: own KPIs, develop store plans with GMs, and implement initiatives.
