Job summary

Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a flagship store and scale operations. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, ownership of P&L, and drive exceptional customer experiences across locations.

You will be responsible for setting standards, coaching leaders, and delivering profitable growth through data-driven strategies while ensuring health, safety, and brand integrity across the stores.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a multi-person team across store operations.
• Strong ability to coach and develop staff, driving engagement and accountability.
• Experience owning P&L, costs, and profitability with data-driven decisions.
