Blank Street in the United Kingdom is recruiting a General Manager to lead multiple stores, drive performance, and build a thriving team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, coaching leaders, and owning the P&L to hit sales and efficiency targets.

You will manage scheduling across five days, drive brand standards, and oversee expansion plans to scale operations while maintaining high service levels and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-store teams and ensuring consistent performance across locations.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue and manage costs.
• Ability translate strategy into daily execution and coach frontline teams.

Responsibilities
