Job summary

Blank Street is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a area of 5+ stores and the General Managers who run them. You’ll hire, coach and develop an A team, shaping leaders who deliver hospitality and high performance.

You’ll own the area’s PnL, plan labor and inventory, and drive strategic initiatives. You’ll report to the Director of Operations and collaborate with Field Leadership to scale leaders and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or a high-growth consumer business.
• Experience leading multiple locations (3–10) and developing the managers who run them.
• Strong operational and financial judgment with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Be Our Ultimate Hospitality Leader: coach GMs to uphold high hospitality standards and close gaps fast.
• Run a Tight PnL: translate HQ forecasts to store level plans and calibrate labor and inventory.
• Build and Develop an A Team: grow GMs into future leaders and manage the talent pipeline.
• Operate Strategically: own KPIs, set area priorities, and roll out cross-store initiatives.
