Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to kitchen teams across locations.
• Mentor and train kitchen staff to meet high standards.
• Assist with menu development aligned with trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards and conduct audits.
• Address operational challenges to minimise disruption.
• Collaborate with Head Chefs, General Managers, Area Managers for seamless operations.
