Qualifications

• Proven multi-site Head Chef/Executive Head Chef experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scottish and modern British cuisine.
• Experience leading and mentoring a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Menu development across multiple locations.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and standards.
• Lead, train and develop head chefs and kitchen staff.
• Manage food costs, inventory and budgets for profitability.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source local produce.
• Ensure health and safety and hygiene compliance.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure excellent guest experience.
