L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a field-based Retail Leader to drive boutique and counter teams across the Nottingham region, delivering luxury service and retail excellence.

• You collaborate effectively with store directors, retail partners, and internal teams.
• You manage regional field budgets and ensure brand compliance.

Responsibilities
