Job summary

Creative Support is seeking an Area Manager to lead 6 Extra Care services in Brent and Harrow, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and 100% CQC compliance. You will manage contracts, drive improvements, and supervise the Registered Managers, while fostering a warm, inclusive environment across London-based services.

The role is based in Harrow/Brent with potential expansion to nearby areas. Competitive salary up to 65,000 per annum and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory/management experience in health or social care.
• Experience delivering care and support to older people.
• Knowledge of dementia is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contract management and compliance.
• Quality assurance and monitoring across services.
• Drive service improvements.
• Coordinate varied activities at all services.
• Produce reports and data against KPIs.
• Performance manage Registered Managers/Senior Team.
• Recruitment and disciplinary processes.
• Investigate concerns, complaints and suggestions.
