Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Provide visionary leadership and hands-on support to nursery managers.
  • Ensure Excellence: Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and care in line with EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor and improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Develop Teams: Foster continuous professional development and a thriving staff culture.
  • Communicate and Report: Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and effective communication.

Who We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria

  • A full UK driving licence
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong grasp of financial oversight and strategic planning
  • Confident in conducting audits and quality observations
  • Excellent IT skills
  • In-depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and child protection

What's in It for You?

As a senior leader, you'll enjoy a rewarding package that reflects your experience and the value you bring:

  • £45,000 - £50,000 salary (depending on experience)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • 3 fully paid CPD/training days per year
  • Access to fully funded apprenticeships up to Level 5
  • 5% employer pension contribution
  • 50% discount on nursery fees for your family

This is a full-time, year-round management role with most of your time spent actively supporting nurseries on-site.
