Job summary
Punch Pubs is seeking an Area Manager for Unity Social to lead a portfolio of pubs operated by self-employed partners. You will coach operators to deliver outstanding guest experiences, drive sales, and maintain high operational standards within the Unity Social family that serves the local community.
You will collaborate with the Unity Social Senior OM and Operations Director to foster a thriving community-focused pub network and ensure consistent delivery of Punch’s 5* partnership values.
Qualifications
- Experience leading high-performing teams with strong coaching and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for community-focused hospitality and pub culture.
- Ability to drive sales-building activity and demonstrate it at peak trading times.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with pub operators and act as trusted advisor.
- Support operators to deliver excellent customer service and community engagement.
- Implement onboarding plans for Unity Social partners to launch pubs effectively.
- Drive accountability with clear objectives and regular feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular site visits to uphold standards of cleanliness, compliance and presentation.
