Greene King is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of pubs, coaching General Managers to drive sales, profitability and guest experiences. You’ll balance numbers with people, ensuring safety and consistency while inspiring teams and building strong relationships across the business.

You will travel between venues, bring fresh ideas, and take ownership of performance across your area, supporting the development of future leaders within Greene King Community Pubs.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience across hospitality businesses or multi-site operational leadership.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate insight into action.
• Genuine passion for developing people and building high performing teams.
• Collaborative leadership style that builds trust and strong working relationships.
• Willingness to challenge, influence and make decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire General Managers, coaching and supporting them to run successful pubs.
• Drive commercial performance by growing sales and profitability.
• Build strong teams, identify talent and support progression.
• Engage with pubs on the ground, understand the business and maintain visibility.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure pubs have what they need to succeed.
