Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Store Managers and teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Drive sales performance and deliver area‑wide KPIs and commercial objectives
• Ensure visual merchandising is consistently aligned with the brand’s fashion‑forward identity
• Recruit, train and develop high‑performing managers and future talent
• Act as the link between Head Office and stores, ensuring clear communication and alignment to brand strategy
• Maintain operational excellence, compliance, and consistently high standards across all locations

About You

• Proven Area Manager experience within fashion (or premium retail such as beauty, accessories, jewellery)
