COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of venues across Scotland. You will coach General Managers, drive sales and cost control, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You’ll champion food & beverage standards and contribute to entertainment programming while upholding safety, cleanliness and brand guidelines.

The role requires hands-on leadership across venues, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and willingness to travel within Scotland.

Qualificações

• Proven multi-site leadership experience in restaurants, pubs, bars, leisure or entertainment venues.
• Track record of improving sales, profit, service scores and operational standards.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership and cost management.
• Excellent people leadership, coaching and talent development skills.
• Hands-on, visible management style in venues, on the floor with teams.
• Passion for food & beverage and guest experience.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends and busy periods.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Scotland.

Responsabilidades

• Build a positive, high-performing culture across venues.
• Support new-site openings, refurbishments and wider expansion plans.

We are looking for a high-performing Area Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing UK leisure business during its biggest period of expansion. You will lead a portfolio of partnering closely with the Operations Director and supporting every part of the business to deliver brilliant venues, brilliant teams, and brilliant guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Leading, coaching, and developing General Managers and venue teams across Scotland.
