Job summary

COREcruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Pub & Bar portfolio in Scotland, offering around £65,000. The role requires proven senior operator experience across multiple sites and a track record in hospitality management.

You will report to the OD, travel to sites across the group, and lead a team including Area Managers and Operations Managers to lift profitability and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent proven experience as a senior operator in hospitality.
• Experience managing Area Managers and Operations Managers is required.
• Branded experience with leading London operator is advantageous.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced bar and pub hospitality operator to join this smaller but currently expanding group across the UK, 12 sites and expanding.These sites will all have a great mix of food and drinks! Great little business to put your stamp on and have an impact!

Head office based in Staffordshire so you would need to be able to travel

The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own but report to the OD for the group. The right mind set will allow for massive opportunities to move this business forward and report into the SLT, opening experience would be a bonus for this role, and coming from a leading London operator will be key for my client, these sites are all unique to the location, they are keen to speak to talent with some branded experience
