EE Limited is seeking a Regional Commercial Leader to drive performance and consistency across a portfolio of retail stores in the region. You will bridge Regional Leadership and Store Leadership to identify opportunities and help deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires commercially minded leadership, coaching and influence, and comfort with data and KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll travel across the region to develop store managers and improve results.

Formación

• Experience leading performance across multiple retail locations, regions or business units.
• Proven experience improving sales, customer or operational performance through coaching and influence.
• Analytical capability and confidence working with performance data and KPIs.
• Experience leading change and embedding new ways of working.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Essential Skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience within telecoms, connectivity, consumer electronics or a similar multi-site customer-facing environment.
• Previous experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Performance Manager or similar.
• Experience coaching and developing Store Managers or senior retail leaders.
• Knowledge of commercial compliance, regulated sales environments or customer outcome frameworks.
• Experience supporting business transformation, capability programmes or large-scale operational change.

About the role

We're looking for a commercially minded leader to join EE as a Regional Commercial Leader, helping drive performance, capability and consistency across a portfolio of retail stores. This is a highly visible role that sits between Regional Leadership and Store Leadership. You'll work closely with Store Managers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, improve performance and help deliver exceptional customer experiences across the region.
