BT Group's EE division in Reading seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a store team, energise the shop floor, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll support the Store Manager, coach colleagues, and drive performance through coaching and clear communication.

You’ll thrive on connection, motivate others with a positive attitude, and help the store hit its goals while ensuring excellent service and product knowledge.
