EE Retail Store in Redcar is recruiting a Senior Retail Advisor. You will lead shop floor operations, support the Manager in daily activities and guide colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and resilience. You’ll help match customers with the right solutions, stay composed under pressure, and contribute to a high-performing team with ongoing training and development.

Location: EE Retail Store - Redcar Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £29.921.00 plus commission
