Breedon Group plc is seeking an Area Internal Sales Manager to lead internal sales teams across multiple offices in the UK, driving revenue growth and service excellence. You will manage inbound and outbound activity, optimise pricing controls and collaborate with external sales, distribution and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading internal sales teams across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Knowledge of pricing, margins and discount controls.
