Job summary

Breedon Group is seeking an Area Internal Sales Manager to lead internal sales across multiple sites from the Durham Gate Office. You will design teams, set KPIs, drive revenue, and ensure excellent customer service while coordinating with external sales, distribution and operations.

You will coach and develop staff, standardise processes, manage inbound and outbound activity, framing pricing and discount controls, forecasting and reporting to SLT.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading internal sales teams across multiple sites.
• Strong customer-centric approach and relationship management.
• Ability to analyze data and set KPIs.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise the internal sales team across locations.
• Lead and motivate Internal Sales teams to achieve targets.
• Set KPIs (conversion, call activity, order value, margin).
• Monitor performance, identify trends and implement improvements.
• Conduct performance reviews and coaching for development.
