Breedon Group plc in Durham is seeking an Area Internal Sales Manager to lead and optimise internal sales teams across multiple locations, driving revenue growth and service excellence. You will manage inbound and outbound sales activity, strengthen customer relationships, and collaborate with external sales, distribution, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise the internal sales team to ensure right roles, headcount and structure.
• Lead and motivate Internal Sales teams across multiple offices to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Set clear KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, call activity, order value, margin performance).
• Monitor office-level performance, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture through coaching and development.
