Job summary

Breedon Group is seeking an Area Internal Sales Manager to lead internal sales teams across multiple offices, driving revenue growth, service excellence and operational efficiency. You will optimise structure, set KPIs, and ensure robust collaboration with external sales, distribution and operations teams.

Role requires multi-site leadership, coaching, and a customer-first mindset to deliver consistent processes, strong relationships and accurate forecasting across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading internal sales teams across multiple offices.
• Ability to set and track KPIs (conversion, activity, order value, margin).
• Strong focus on customer relationships and service excellence.
• Experience in forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise the internal sales team structure and headcount across sites.
• Lead and motivate internal sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Oversee inbound and outbound sales activity, pricing controls, and discount governance.
• Support key account management in collaboration with external teams.
• Drive process standardisation and efficiency across locations.
• Provide leadership for recruitment, onboarding and training.
