An exciting opportunity has arisen in our South West & Wales Region. We are looking for an Orthodontic Development Manager to lead 10 Specialist Orthodontic Practices from Bristol, Plymouth, Taunton, Malvern to Bridgend, Pontprennau, and Swansea.

• It's an exciting time at My Dentist, and this area has led the way with new state-of-the-art practices
• The role is permanent and full-time
• You are likely to be travelling within your area four days per week with one administration day at home
• The role includes a car allowance/company car, and travel expenses will be covered

Your future, your role

As a Orthodontic Development Manager, you'll be:

• Leading and coaching your teams to provide outstanding patient care
• Recruiting and developing a high-performing management team to deliver on financial targets and KPIs
• Working in partnership with your Clinical Development Advisor and Clinical Director to support the development and growth of the self-employed clinicians in your team
• Leading with effective clinician recruitment and proactively supporting the onboarding process
• Ensuring excellence across the practice regulatory compliance and clinical standards are in line with mydentist policies and guidance
• Building effective relationships with your regional support functions to drive performance in all aspects of the business
