Now, we’re expanding our Fleet Division and are looking for a Business Development Manager who shares our passion for people, performance, and progress.
About the Role
As our new Automotive Fleet Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing and retaining our fleet business across the UK. Working remotely and supported by a well-established team, you’ll develop strategic relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored vehicle solutions to businesses of all sizes – from local SMEs to national fleets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively seek and secure new fleet business opportunities in both public and private sectors
Manage key accounts and nurture long-term client relationships
Understand customer needs and offer bespoke multi-brand solutions that drive real value
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Deliver impactful presentations and negotiate commercially sound agreements
Track your performance and share insights with leadership on progress and pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in fleet, B2B automotive sales, or business development
Confident communicator and skilled relationship-builder at all levels
Commercially astute, target-driven, and motivated by success
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel when needed
A professional, customer-first approach aligned with our core values
