Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking an Area Coach to lead 6-8 KFC restaurants across the Midlands. You’ll manage 200-400 team members and drive £12m-£20m in annual sales, ensuring friendly, accurate service that’s never slow.

This is a senior operational leadership role where you’ll deliver conversion and profitability, applying transformational leadership and building capability across the entire area to realise long-term success.
