You’ll hire smart, spot commercial opportunities, and hold high standards for product quality and customer experience, fostering growth and leadership from within the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in multi-site hospitality or retail environments.
• Ability to mentor and develop restaurant managers.
• Strong commercial acumen and people-focused leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a group of RGMs to deliver on People, Customer, Sales and Profit.
• Set strategic goals and build actionable game plans.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve margins across restaurants.
• Oversee hiring processes to attract top talent aligned with values.
• Nurture future leaders through targeted development and coaching.
• Audit standards from product quality to customer experience and act quickly to address issues.
