Job summary

Gastronomy Restaurants Ltd, a KFC franchise partner, is seeking a Regional Coach to lead 3–4 Area Coaches across about 25 restaurants in the Midlands, North West and North Wales. You’ll drive people development, guest experience, and profit performance across your patch.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you’ll spend time in restaurants, translate strategy into regional plans, review performance, and build a strong leadership pipeline to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Area Managers, Area Coaches or equivalent multi-site leaders in hospitality, retail or similar environments.
• Strong track record managing P&L, budgets and driving sales and profit.
• Ability to coach and develop leaders across a regional patch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your Area Coaches: set objectives, review performance and support development across the region.
• Shape and deliver the strategy: translate regional plans from the operational strategy using data and local insights.
• Own commercial performance: drive regional profit and revenue, manage costs, implement improvement plans.
• Build your leadership pipeline: plan succession and staffing needs 12–24 months out, work with People/Recruitment.
• Deliver consistent standards: ensure food quality, guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead change and improvement: rollout new technology and processes across the region.
• Lead on safety and incident response: champion safety and coordinate incident responses.
• Work across the business: collaborate with People, Finance and central teams; keep leadership informed.
