Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking an Area Coach to oversee 6-8 restaurants in the Watford region. You will drive performance, coach leadership teams and ensure consistent service standards across the portfolio.

In this role you will lead 200-400 crew members and help deliver £12m-£20m in annual sales, applying transformational leadership and high-impact coaching to achieve sustainable results in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
