Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Part II architect to deliver projects across RIBA stages in a hybrid setup from our Birmingham, Bristol or London offices. You will produce drawings, design statements and planning applications using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp, with a focus on UK residential and mixed-use schemes.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, present to clients, liaise with stakeholders and develop your own workload while maintaining high standards of design and communication.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Part II Architecture or Architectural Technology qualification.
• Experience in a similar role working on UK-based residential and mixed-use schemes.
• Design approach rooted in good site and context analysis.
• Excellent design and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and reliable with excellent timekeeping and communication skills.
• Able to work in a hybrid setup from one of the Birmingham, Bristol or London offices.
