Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a busy studio delivering projects in Industrial, Logistics and Data Centre sectors. The role is full-time and requires a technically minded individual focused on project delivery, with strong Revit, AutoCAD and design detailing skills.

You will work from Stage 4 onwards, produce technical drawings, coordinate with consultants, and attend client meetings.

Qualifications

• RIBA Part II qualified.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience within a UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical ability with experience delivering projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience within Industrial, Logistics or Data Centre projects would be advantageous but is not essential.

The role requires a technically minded individual focused on project delivery, collaborating within a supportive studio. The practice supports career progression through Part III qualification.
