Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Part II qualified architect or architectural technologist to deliver projects across all RIBA stages in a hybrid setup from the Birmingham, Bristol or London offices. You will produce drawings, design statements, and tender information while collaborating with clients and consultants to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality design outcomes.

Qualifications

• Part II qualification in architecture or architectural technology.
• Strong design and presentation abilities.

• Good site and context analysis leading to design decisions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must have completed Part II Architecture or Architectural Technology qualification


• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Suite


• Experience in a similar role working on UK-based residential and mixed-use schemes


• Design approach rooted in good site and context analysis


• Excellent design and presentation skills


• Enthusiastic and reliable with excellent time keeping and communication skills


• Able to work in a hybrid setup from the Birmingham, Bristol or London offices
