Qualifications

• Degree/HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
• Good understanding of architectural construction and technical detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and within a wider team.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and technical information from concept through to construction.
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Develop design proposals and resolve technical details.
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project team members as appropriate.
• Support planning and building regulations submissions.
• Contribute to projects through technical design and construction stages.
• For experienced candidates, take greater responsibility for project delivery and coordination.
