Qualifications

• Degree/HND/HNC or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Good understanding of architectural construction and technical detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to your work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and technical information from concept through to construction.
• Produce detailed drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Develop design proposals and resolving technical details.
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers, consultants and other project stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other members of the project team where appropriate.
• Supporting planning and building regulations submissions.
• Contributing to projects through technical design and construction stages.
• For experienced candidates, taking greater responsibility for project delivery, technical coordination and job running.
