Job summary
Zesty Work, an Essex-based architectural studio, is hiring an Architectural Technologist on a permanent, hybrid, full-time basis with a salary up to £38,000 per annum DOE. The role involves leading on technical tasks, client liaison, and contributing to RIBA Work Stages 1-7 across residential and mixed-use projects.
You will work alongside senior architects in a collaborative studio that values a plant-friendly, sustainable, and socially engaged office culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience in architectural development.
- Experience with residential or mixed-use projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of planning documentation and drafting standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to senior team members in project programmes.
- Assist architects with minute taking, drawings, and technical research.
- Contribute to feasibility layouts, planning applications, and design pack preparation.
- Prepare comprehensive planning packs with drawings, 3D visuals, and outputs.
- Collaborate with project leaders to ensure accuracy of planning documentation.
- Liaise with clients and 3rd party consultants.
