Their work specialises across a lot of commercial projects, however you will have the opportunity to flex your skills across a plethora of different sectors. The company in question expects capable demonstrations of good planning application drawings, pre-app work as well as detailing packages. Although site experience won't be a prerequisite it would certainly help in the application process.
This is position is currently high-priority with a proposedstart date for mid to end of July. With consistent projects being signed for the rest of the year and beyond it's an ideal position for those of you seeking to build on your current work portfolio.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Assist with task assignment of projects to technicians.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Proficiency in Revit.
Competency using Microsoft Office.
Confident working across all stages of RIBA.
Execute quality assurance and quality control of project documents.
Produce and deliver complete planning applications, reports, and appeals.
